No jeans, too casual.

I would wear a skit instead of jeans, the jeans (even with the jewels) might be too casual.

Look in the mirror. Do you feel confident? Do you like what you see? Then it’s PERFECT!

If you have black shoes. I say that. Too many jewls can look a little kiddy.

ur wearing jeans to a semi formal? u have too much going on i believe that you should switch those jeans to some dressy pants. there is nothing wrong in almost being 50 and still wanting to dress sensual but yet dont over do. its not sexy and classy at the same time. u already have too much jewels…lose the shoes with the jewelry thats tacky (sorry being honest) keep the shirt if youd like but change the pants and the shoes. u want to draw attention in a classy way.

Sorry, kiddo. Semi-formal means a skirt or dress. If you can’t stand it, send your regrets.

wear either dress pants or a skirt but the blue jeans are a little to casual

for semi formal id say maybe drop the jeans and go with a pair of brown slacks with the belt. everything else sounds great.

I’m of the mind that jeans are too casual, even if they are embellished. If you don’t like skirts or dresses, you can pair your top and shoes with some nice black pants. You can get some good looking black pants practically anywhere that are slightly flared at the bottom and they won’t make you look like an old lady. Also, the black pants might be nice anyway to break up your look – it sounds like you have a lot of jewelled items.
